Quarantine Habits to Keep

I came across this article in an online magazine when looking for things to include in the Weekly Tip.  It’s titled, “5 Quarantine Habits We Actually Want to Keep When Life Goes Back to Normal” and it sparks a very important (and strengths based) perspective about how we view our time spent during social isolation and quarantine.  Here are what the staff at Veranda came up with:
