Fall Times and Gratitude!

Before Thanksgiving comes upon us, let’s take a little bit of time to discuss
gratitude. Gratitude is often interpreted as just the act of being grateful, but it can
be so much more. Research has shown that practicing gratitude or gratefulness can
have positive benefits on stress reduction and mental well-being.


The CDC has dedicated a website to introduce the benefits of practicing gratitude. It
encourages us to devote time to thinking of things we are grateful for, writing letters
of gratitude to others, or journaling. It also contains resources on expanding

to practice gratefulness as well.


Pumpkin spice, sweaters, and gratefulness – These are three ingredients for a great
fall. Let’s celebrate by incorporating gratitude into our fall routine!
