Today’s tip is about managing anger. Some of us may find anger to be an uncomfortable feeling but it’s important to learn the value anger can provide us.


Anger serves a purpose by letting us know that we care deeply about something and we may be experiencing disappointments, frustration, or unrealized expectations.


Anger is something we may like to avoid, but it’s important to face it.  The American Psychological Association has some great tips on managing anger including cognitive restructuring, problem solving, and my personal favorite: using humor. Check out the article for more tips.
